HOW TO RESPONS HOAX NEWS

Hoax comes from English which means trickery, cheats. False news, fake news or rumors. So it can be said that Hoax is a word that means the truth that spread by the reader on an information. While the definition of Hoax itself according to wikipedia are: "A false proclamation is an attempt to deceive or outsmart the reader to believe something, whereas the false creator knows that the news is not true." Hoax's propagated news is intended to get people to easily believe the false or hoax story, And not infrequently others actually participate to spread it.

Ironically, the Hoax news is not yet clear source and validity, we easily believe and participate to invite others to believe it by sharing in social media. So if I got a hoax news, my first response is not directly share it to others, then confirmed the truth of the news. My opinion is do not belive some news easily without knowing truth.

How To Avoid News Hoax Or Counterfeit News:

    1.     Watch the News Sources

After reading either originating from social media, books, or from anywhere especially the internet, before you trust the contents you should try to find out where the origin of the origin of the information source originated.

    2.     Do not Believe in Photos and Videos You See

Usuall people tend to easily cheats with photos and video edits. Although it looks very convincing, Do not easily believe in the first photo or video you see on social media or on the internet. Because these photos and videos could have been manipulated, edited, or changed for the purpose of making the hoax news, especially now the manipulation of photos and video is no longer a difficult thing to do with tech support.

    3.     Read the Entire Content of the News

Titles and descriptions can not necessarily explain the true essence of the story. Especially in the online media more and more Title and description of news that is provocative that often made by the makers of news to attract interest and curiosity of the reader. So before making assumptions about a news you should first see the content of the news, read to finish and take the positive side only.

    4.     Search and Compare with other sites

Well this is another way to make sure the news is true or not. If you feel a news is important then look in more than one news source not just one. Suppose you read A on A site, you try to search with the same title in google if there are other sites that also publish the same news, and if you can in the reference is a major news sites, television and mass media that has proven its credibility . Logically if the TV that notabene largest media alone there is no news, it is not possible news made small media such as websites and social media guaranteed the truth of the contents of the information.

    5.     Be Careful To Share What You Read

I am most afraid to share writing especially from internet and social media, why? Because I was afraid if the information I shared was wrong and I joined the dosan for sharing it. So you also have to be more careful in distributing a link or writing that you read on the internet or in mass media. It is also actually that makes me finally decided not to create a news site and just create a site that contains tips about how this entrepreneurship that God willing will not harm anyone.
